We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates depend on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery method chosen. 

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially during holidays or adverse weather conditions. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Our partnership with Vinoshipper allows us to ship to over 40 states.   • Due to alcohol shipping laws, we cannot ship to certain locations. If you attempt to place an order for a location where shipping is not permitted, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
  1. Packaging

We take great care to ensure your wine arrives safely. All orders are packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of breakage. Our packaging complies with industry standards for shipping wine to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

  1. Age Verification

Due to federal and state regulations, all customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone of legal age is available to sign for your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and you may incur additional shipping fees.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the wine you received, we offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Wine: If your wine arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us immediately at [customer service email/phone number]. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Wrong Item Received: If we sent you the wrong wine, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of alcohol products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bottles that are opened or in cases where the wine was delivered in good condition.

Due to the nature of our product, all wine sales are final and returns are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the contents of your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
